The engineering team builds and runs the platform every shareholder uses to see their portfolio, and the internal tools the rest of the team runs on. We are a small team, which means what you ship gets used immediately and the person relying on it is a few desks away.

We work in a live financial system with real accounts and real money behind it, so correctness and clear audit trails matter as much as shipping speed. You will own things end to end rather than handing work off to another team.

What the day to day looks like

Ship changes to the platform shareholders and the internal team use every day
Work directly with whoever is affected by what you are building, no handoff layer
Balance building fast with the fact that mistakes touch real accounts
Take ownership of a feature from design through to it running in production
