How we actually work

White Walls is a small team, and that's deliberate. We'd rather stay small and direct than grow into something that needs layers of process to function. Here's what actually guides how we work.

Discipline over noise

Positions and allocations are reviewed on a set schedule, not adjusted because the market had a rough day. Every decision follows a defined process instead of a gut reaction.

Direct access, not bureaucracy

We stay small on purpose. Shareholders reach the board directly, and questions get answered by the people actually running the fund, not a call center.

Long term over short term

We report every quarter and think in years, not days. Short term noise doesn’t drive our decisions, and it shouldn’t drive anyone’s work here either.

Protection first

Our whole approach starts with protecting capital, then growing it. That order matters, and it shapes how everyone on the team makes decisions.
