White Walls is looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to lead research on positions across equities, commodities, and digital assets. You will take a thesis from first look through to the scheduled review where allocation decisions get made, and your findings go straight to the people making the call.

What you'll do

• Lead research and build the investment case for positions across equities, commodities, and digital assets
• Track thesis-relevant developments on existing positions between review cycles
• Prepare clear, evidence-backed investment writeups for the founders to act on directly
• Partner with the risk team to assess how a proposed position affects portfolio-level exposure
• Maintain the research archive so past decisions can be reviewed against outcomes

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in equity research, asset management, or a related investing role
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple asset classes rather than a single sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; you will present findings directly to leadership
• A rigorous, evidence-first approach that holds up under scrutiny at review
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; CFA a plus
