White Walls is hiring a Senior Compliance Associate to own the compliance work that sits behind onboarding, AML/KYC, and the fund's broader regulatory obligations. This is a role where getting the details right protects both the fund and its shareholders.

What you'll do

• Lead AML/KYC review alongside the operations team
• Maintain the fund's compliance documentation and audit trail
• Monitor for regulatory changes relevant to the fund's operations
• Escalate any compliance concern clearly and early, not after it becomes urgent
• Advise the operations and leadership team on compliance implications of new initiatives

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or a related regulatory role
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC requirements in a financial services context
• Willingness to enforce a policy even when it is inconvenient in the moment
• Precise written documentation; compliance work depends on a clean record
• Relevant compliance certification a plus
