Business operations keeps the fund running for every shareholder, every day. That covers onboarding and KYC, account operations, and the compliance work that sits behind everything else the fund does.

Because we stay small, operations work here is not a back office function; it is the thing shareholders actually experience when they interact with the fund.

What the day to day looks like

• Handle investor onboarding and KYC review from start to finish
• Support day to day account operations across a growing shareholder base
• Work directly with compliance to make sure the fund meets its regulatory obligations
• Be the person a shareholder actually reaches when something needs sorting out
