White Walls is hiring a Senior Operations Associate to be one of the first people a new shareholder interacts with, from onboarding through KYC review and into their day to day account operations. Accuracy and attention to detail matter here more than speed.

What you'll do

• Own review and processing of investor onboarding and KYC submissions
• Handle day to day account operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and account updates
• Flag anything unusual in an application or account to compliance
• Keep shareholder-facing communication clear, accurate, and timely
• Identify and implement process improvements as the shareholder base grows

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in operations, client services, or account administration, ideally in financial services
• High attention to detail; a small error in onboarding can create a real problem later
• Experience handling sensitive personal and financial information responsibly
• Clear, professional communication with shareholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred
